4. Client Obligations

4.2 Fees and Payments: Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in the service agreement. Fees must be paid in accordance with the terms specified, and failure to do so may result in the suspension of services.
4.3 Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to property ownership, tenancy, and sales.
5. Valuations and Property Assessments
Any property valuations or assessments provided by the Company are estimates based on current market conditions. These valuations should not be considered as guarantees of sale or rental price.
6. Offers and Contracts
6.1 Offers: The Company will present all offers received for a property to the client. The decision to accept or reject an offer remains with the client.
6.2 Contracts: Once an offer is accepted, a formal contract will be drawn up. The client agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Liability
